When editing image, impossible to upload new version

It seems clicking the "upload a new version" does nothing except opening the image selection window => no upload is triggered.

If we cannot fix this soon, I guess we should at least disable this button to avoid that people try to use it.

PR c2corg/v6_ui#1443 removes the button until it is actually made operational (at the moment the button does almost nothing).

I mean that if we cannot replace an image and if a new image should be created, the former one should be deleted
