this is a simple notice service based on Node & mongo, with a simple manage portal by Vue2(not upload yet).
Backend: Typical Express 4 project , you can run backend service by: npm start .BTW , you may need change config files first in the /configdir and of cause, you need npm install before run.
Frontend: Vue SPA
