On the cross-cancer plot, there are annotations below the plot about the cancer type and the presence/absence of mutation/CNA data: http://www.cbioportal.org/cross_cancer.do?#crosscancer/overview/0/EGFR/laml_tcga_pub%2Cblca_tcga_pub%2Cbrca_tcga_pub2015%2Cbrca_tcga_pub%2Ccoadread_tcga_pub%2Cprad_cpcg_2017%2Cgbm_tcga_pub2013%2Cgbm_tcga_pub%2Chnsc_tcga_pub%2Ckich_tcga_pub%2Ckirc_tcga_pub%2Cluad_tcga_pub%2Clusc_tcga_pub%2Clgggbm_tcga_pub%2Cov_tcga_pub%2Cnsclc_tcga_broad_2016%2Cthca_tcga_pub%2Cprad_tcga_pub%2Cstad_tcga_pub%2Cstes_tcga_pub%2Cucec_tcga_pub
But on the new beta site, those annotations don't exist: http://www.cbioportal.org/beta/index.do?session_id=5a09de89498e5df2e2982682&show_samples=false&clinicallist=CANCER_STUDY&#
Those annotations can be very useful and I think should be added back in -- perhaps as a customization option that lets a user toggle them on/off.
