ELPIDA compatibility

Hi, I wanted to let you know that sapphires rx480 4GB comes with ELPIDA memory and the bios editor just can't read properly the memory vendorid and the timings are really screwed, do you plan to add compatibilty to the gpus stuck with elpida in the future?

@tpruvot Your version 1.4.1 does not display any straps as mentioned above, I am trying to edit a Sapphire RX 570 Nitro+ 4GB with ELPIDA VRAM.
