#5 Adjust settings for JNSQ_KK_Fixes.zip

• Adds support for the JNSQ_KK_Fixes.zip file for JNSQ 0.9.0 - 3 new bases with runways and correction of runway headings for AirBase S00A
• Progress count from previous build is maintained, however with three new bases added into the rotation based on distance from the KSC, you may need to repeat a previous mission because that site was moved farther back in the count.
• A new reference map has been added to Gamedata\ContractPacks\JNSQ-KSRPGAP\Assets\Maps that marks the locations of all the Trans Kerbin Airlines destinations
• The ShortID for NavUtlities has been added for each runway profile based on KATA codes for the airports. See: Wiki: Tools and Patches
