Create airline-flights with multiple destinations

Larger airports as feeders to local airports.

Mission hubs to feeders. AirlinFlight-xxx2A-C 8-12 for TKA & AirlinFlight-xxx3A-C 12-80 for TKA Prime - each requires the additional sight be open
    Meeda -> to other three NAS sites Kola, Sandy, Hazard
    Kojave sands -> desert, Baikerbanur, Uberdam,
    Kerman Atoll -> South Field, Harvester, Kamberwick Green,
    Round Range -> Nye, Dununda, South Lake

All start at KSC and end at KSC
