Currently;

  • On mission failures tourists are not removed unless they are dead
  • DestroyVessel parameter ensures they are dead on failure, but vessel is lots and crew as well.

Resolving tourist isses

tourists are now Citizens
- must be loaded on the runway, not in SPH or VAB as they don't appear in the Astronaut Complex when spawned.
- vessel destruction on contract failure removed

All passenger types converted to one of three new traits;
Citizen - replacement for tourists
Civil-Servants - passengers related to United Knations missions
ServiceKerbals - passengers who are members of the armed services or intelligence agencies . These Kerbals can use EVA parachutes
