Using Azure AI, we will demo how the Data Scientist team could convert audio files (recorded from customers calls) to text format.
The new text files could be used to get new insights from customers interactions and uncover potential opportunities to better understand the customers.
In this session we will demo how to use Azure AI to convert audio files into text.
This session is aimed to Data Scientists, Data Engineer and Software Developers new to Azure AI (Speech to Text SDK).
