Currently, Cake.Recipe uses default values for PackageSourceDatas, i.e. where to push packages to as part of the build. This includes NuGet, Chocolatey and MyGet. However, we are starting to also push packages to Azure Artifacts and GitHub Package Repository. We should include these defaults as well, so that they don't have to be set on each project.
