Switch to using GitHub Token for GitReleaseManager #15

The latest version of GitReleaseManager only supports using a Token, rather than username/password, since this is what is supported by GitHub directly. The usage of GitReleaseManager in this Recipe should follow this process.

This is a requirement going forward, since username/password is no
longer supported.
