start with basics and config info expand with more info on the environments and actions steps later
to go along with new configuration docs
the plugin was already installed, it was just a matter of (understanding it first, and then) using it to generate the desired structure this cuts down on the amount of manual nav maintenance
move token signing and encryption content into this section
