fasta_search.py - performs a blast search on the FASTA file fasta_strip.py - if user has a large FASTA file, can pull out a range of sequences for later analysis fasta_concat.py - Removes fasta file names and concatenates all of the sequences together fasta_.py - Pull out a sequence from a fasta file based by on name from another file list.
