feat: add clear filters option in bookings page

What does this PR do?

This PR adds an option to clear all filters from the Bookings page. The clear all button only appears when at least one filter has been added.
Fixes #12427

you can remove it by this command git checkout origin/main -- yarn.lock and then push that yarn.lock to undo the changes.

I've fixed the yarn lock issue, for future commits, do you know how to exclude it from being added?
