Kg construction fixes

Pull Request addresses the following issues:

• Issue Verify KG Output File Types #55 --> fixing ontology output file naming
• Issue Add integer and identifiers to node metadata #58 --> updating metadata content and processing
  • Using node_metadata_dict.pkl instead of separate dir of node metadata files
  • Adding relation labels to metadata dictionary.
  • Adding metadata for ontology classes and relations
  • Updating output data columns
  • Exporting node metadata as n-triples
  • Added a new dictionary Master_Node_Edge_List_Type_Dictionary.json
• Issue Enhancement: Improve Networkx MultiDiGraph Metadata #62 - Extending NetworkX MultiDigraph to include node and edge keys and
• Issue Determine KG Baseline Format #74 - Worked Processing of base KG
  • Removed ontology metadata
  • Removed triples where subjects and objects were owl:Class or owl:NamedIndividual, but not from one of the merged ontology namespaces

Additional Changes Made:

• Added non-ontology entity namespaces to resources/Master_Edge_List_Dict.json
• Updated all URLs in edge_source_list.txt to point to the current build bucket on Google Cloud Storage
• OWL-NETS:
  • Removed reliance on input property type document
  • Added new functionality to enforce output graphs are truly instance- or subclass-based when output
  • Added a dictionary to store original and transformed classes
• Construction Approach.
  • Fixed error in instance-based builds
