This Milestone will be reached once the initial manuscript that describes the PheKnowVec method and more specifically, the concept mappings between clinical terminologies and open biomedical ontologies (see BioLater repository), is submitted. In order to submit this manuscript there are several tasks that must be completed, this milestone will serve as a way to document the work needed to reach this goal. The target submission date is 04/30/2019 (or ASAP) and the target journal includes: JAMIA, Lancet Digital Medicine, or Nature Digital Medicine.
