Bundled dependency update

Summary

Dependabot created PRs for 9 dependencies in need of an update. This PR aims to bundle all those dependency updates together.

Updated rules

Since the dependencies are updated, there are a few new rules available:

1. eslint-plugin-react:

   • no-namespace rule
   • single and multi options for jsx-max-props-per-line

2. prettier:

   • support for typescript 4.4 ( release docs for prettier 2.4.0 )

3. typescript:

   • release docs for typescript 4.4

4. typescript-eslint:

   • eslint-plugin: no breaking changes, but a few new features (changelog)
   • parser (changelog)
