chore: add prettier-plugin-packagejson

Motivation

It's hard to manage package.json files as they are not formatted.

Summary

I added plugin prettier-plugin-packagejson, changed prettier config because of prettier issues with pnpm: prettier/prettier#8056
Then formatted with pnpm exec prettier --config ./prettier.config.cjs ./*/*/package.json -w
