An in-progress discord bot designed for FC use

To do:

Remove admin role
Remove managed role
Add admin channel
Remove admin channel
Add "request from admin" method for role management
Add option to reaction based role assignment to allow/disallow role removal by unreacting, and whether the bot should create an initial reaction (also ignore reacts from the bot user).
Add "purge role" command
