PHP SDK does not cover Case API

With the current version of the php sdk it is not possible to control cases in camunda. The case-definition, case-execution and case-instance endpoints are unfortunately not covered.

you are right. There is currently no coverage of CMMN in the SDK. I'll have a look into it the next days.

You can also provide a pull request for missing features if you have the time and want to contribute to this project.
