Move repository to Camunda GitHub org #99

The repository needs to be moved to the Camunda GitHub organisation, and all the references and links need to be updated.

  • Move repo to Camunda org
  • Make sure I have all necessary permissions on the new repo
  • Update links to API docs
  • Update package.json
  • Update README.md

I attempted the transfer, but I don't have permissions to create public repositories in the Camunda org.

I've opened a ticket to get access to transfer it.
