Hello, I'm trying to download data as .csv or save it in my google account but in both cases, the following pop-up appears: Failed to upload 'RE_data_spreadsheet'. Please try again.

Any hint/help to solve this?

Thanks

@SimonCastillo thanks for reporting this. we've been looking at this and found the problem is a broken internal link. what dataset(s) were you interested in and what use are you looking for? we're exploring the possibility of a manual process to go from the original format to the spreadsheet but are not sure how long that might take or whether it will be possible.

Hi
I'm looking for prostate and breast cancer data (somatic mutation and gene expression). I'm a PhD student and I want them for exploratory analysis because I'm writing my thesis proposal. I've tried again and the problem persists. Maybe a way could be to allow to copy data directly from "data table"?? Let me know if there is any hope. Thanks in advance!!

Or maybe an R package to download and import data directly to R?
