Deleteting tables and sequences if they exists.

UUID won't be created by the database as we need to install an
extension to the database. So let's generate it in the python
side.

Finished the database creation.

Running the public.sql script and getting the parameters to build
the database connection string. The only parameter at this point
that will be None if not informed is the database user's password.

Created admin user with a bcrypt password.

User name and password are hardcoded at this point.
