Docker: postgres authentication failes although correct login information

Hi,
I´m running a postgres 16 cluster in my host machine, where docker is running also. I would like to start homechart via docker run and have used the parameters für postgresql, but I already get errors on authentication at docker logs:

I´ve checked the login credentials from another server and it works fine. This is my docker command:
docker run \ -e HOMECHART_postgresql_hostname=91.132.147.xx \ -e HOMECHART_POSTGRESQL_PASSWORD=\ -e HOMECHART_POSTGRESQL_USERNAME=homechart \ -p 3005:3000 \ -d ghcr.io/candiddev/homechart:latest
Any hints, what I´ve been missing? This is my pg_hba entry:
host all all all md5
