• other missing core packages
• other missing infrastructure packages
• other missing legacy packages
• Move jquery specific tests to can-jquery can-stache-bindings#69
• can-component tests are failing https://travis-ci.org/canjs/can-component/builds/163549036
• Should support non-bubbling events can-jquery#25
• Error adding and removing two attributes listeners can-util#115
• moving dispatch to domEvents can-util#113, overwriting domEvents.dispatch to use jquery.trigger can-jquery#24
• Delegate events don't work when can-jquery is present can-util#118
• Inserted event not fired for empty frag when can-jquery is present can-util#119
• fix remaining test failures
