Providing a can.Map constructor function to a component's scope does not work. #563

For example:

var MyMap = can.Map.extend({
  defaultValue: true
});

can.Component.extend({
  tag: "my-comp",
  scope: MyMap
})

"my-comp" will not actually create an instance of MyMap.
