I looked for it yesterday, but couldn't find the answer! But there is definitely a standard way.

Clarification:

There is a difference between a single link to the repo, and specific link to the source code of the document that you are currently reading. The first one is easy -- I'll do it nowish. The second one I couldn't figure out.
