Release zookeeper-3.8.4-ubuntu0
Break lp-release-track-name option from lp-building-branch-prefix (#13) Currently, central-uploader pushes all OpenSearch tarballs to launchpad, under 2.x series: https://launchpad.net/opensearch-releases/2.x However, the central uploader will search for any branch with lp-2, which will trigger the uploader.launchpad_downloader to download all the 2.8.0, 2.9.0, 2.10.0, 2.10.0-ubuntu1, 2.11.1, each file with 600-700MB. To avoid downloading that much data which will be discarded, this PR adds a way to specify the launchpad's branch (e.g. lp-2.11) whilst keeping the same track name, e.g. 2.x. Then, one can be more specific whenever downloading a given tarball.
