The .zip artifact attached to GHA runs of Jepsen should contain a copy of each node's data dir, however the data.tar.bz2 file contained in the zip seems to be empty.

See also canonical/raft#386 for a run that has empty data.tar.bz2.

In at least some recent runs the on-disk database file (in disk mode) is present at the expected path in the tarball, but nothing else (segments, snapshots).
