5.0 snap should include zfs-2.2 tooling

The HWE kernel for Jammy (hwe-22.04) switched to a 6.5 based kernel which comes with ZFS 2.2. As such, the 5.0 snap needs to get the zfs-2.2 tooling included to still be able to manage ZFS.

5.0/edge has the needed bits since canonical/lxd-pkg-snap#258 was merged. This was further confirmed by downloading it from the snapstore:
