[Xwayland] Clion drop down menus intermittently don't work with mouse #2816

With mouse:

Open the file menu
Move mouse down menu

Expect: focus highlight moves with mouse on menu
Actual: focus highlight moves on main window

Click on a menu option

Expect: option is invoked
Actual: focus moves to main window

Note: opening the browser to report this and returning to CLion "fixed" this
