To someone unfamiliar with the project, it's not obvious how to install the Pebble binary. The expected command doesn't work:

$ go install github.com/canonical/pebble@latest
go: github.com/canonical/pebble@latest: module github.com/canonical/pebble@latest found
(v0.0.0-20221121201557-727a82ae6175), but does not contain package github.com/canonical/pebble
