Describe the bug
The default value for the "Add parent emails" checkbox selection is 'unselected'

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Sign in
  2. Click on Teams
  3. Click on Team title
  4. Click on Team contact info
  5. See checkbox unchecked

Expected behavior
Add parent emails checkbox default value should be 'selected'
