It should but notice that is diversity dependent. This mean that if you
have the "wrong" region (V2, V4 ...) you will need to do the analysis at
99% vs 97%. Additionally, remember that the most detectable differences are
between lean and obese, overweight are all over the place. It might be
interesting to see if we can detect a gradient.
