This release will drop support for vlc 2.x and require as a minimum vlc 3.0.0.

This release will NOT guarantee API backwards compatibility with vlcj 3.x, API breakage is inevitable and as such this release can not be considered a drop-in replacement for vlcj 3.x. Migration of client code will be unavoidable.
