Windows 3.1 L10 driver does not write the highest byte to DMAC physical address. When the system tries to load a file to higher-than 0x00FFFFFFH, it will crash. It is not Tsugaru problem. It is Windows 3.1 L10's problem. Not an issue for Windows 3.1 L12.
