Detailed description

In the LineGraph component (version 1.20.0 of carbon-addons-data-viz-react), emptyText does not center vertically very well. The longer the text and/or shorter the graph, the more of an issue it becomes. In the following example, the last line of text starts to overlap the bottom line of the graph (with plenty of room above it), making it somewhat difficult to read:
