[Tabs extended] React: enhancement to allow 2 line text wrap

This work is a follow-on to the development work done to create / change the same Web Components version. The Web Components development was managed under epic (#5931 )

User Story

As a [user role below]:
IBM.com Library developer

I need to:
create/change the Tabs extended

so that I can:
provide the ibm.com adopter developers components they can use to build ibm.com web pages

Additional information

• Story within Storybook with corresponding knobs
• Utilize Carbon
• This React component will be developed as a wrapper of the Web Component version. Development managed under issue ([Tabs extended] Web Components: develop enhancement to allow 2 line text wrap #5963 )
• See the Epic for the Design and Functional specs information
• Extend to allow 2 line text wrap
• Visual QA will not be performed on this component
• Prod QA testing issue ([Tabs extended] React: enhancement to allow 2 line text wrap Prod QA testing #6090 )

Acceptance criteria

• Include README for the react component and corresponding styles
• Do not create knobs in Storybook that include JSON objects
• Break out Storybook stories into multiple variation stories, if applicable
• Create matching stable selectors in React component from the corresponding Web Component
• Create codesandbox example under /packages/react/examples/codesandbox and include in README
• Update the Carbon for ibm.com website component data file to be sure the web site Component Status and Storybook links are correct
• Minimum 80% unit test coverage
• A comment is posted in the Prod QA issue, tagging Praveen when development is finished
