Currently, the product design kit uses the name (v11) C4IP BETA - All Themes - Carbon for IBM Products, which does not align with Carbon core's naming.

Kit name should be updated to (v11) BETA - Carbon for IBM Products - All Themes

We should change the kit name in Figma first, then update the website. This should occur ideally at the same time as #5547
