Updating documentation
Description of the change
This enables developers to quickly download required network configuration files. The code can now be entirely copy and pasted into a terminal and all required files will be downloaded.
The original URLs of the testnet config files pointed to an HTML page which indicated where the config files actually are. This would require two copy-and-pastes for every single file, which is very error-prone. The docs should contain a valid URL for the config files, so this PR also updates those URLs according to where the redirect points to.
