really wanted to add author / date integration and stuff, I really think thats important. but this is a good minimum version. will try to improve this integration when I can. |

This PR brings (full) CIP Integration into the Developer Portal. All CIPs will be pulled from https://github.com/cardano-foundation/CIPs and saved as a real Docusaurus page in ./docs/governance/cardano-improvement-proposals. The sidebar will be auto-generated and you can unfold all the CIPs.
Full text search will be available once merged into main branch.
(CIPs will be pulled only on "yarn build")
