Small fixups from going through the "Open a head on testnet" tutorial

This adds a few fixes/improvements that came about after following the Open a head on testnet tutorial.

Mostly just a few versions needed to be fixed more directly.

• Mithril version needs to be bumped
• Hardcode node version
• Get configs from node release archive
• Note about how to distribute funds manually from an account that has received them via the faucet
• Have the tutorial give a hint to use the hydra-tui if people wish to use it #1500
