Career Board

Overview

Career Board is a basic Spring Boot application that provides a simple REST endpoint. This project is a starting point for a career board application and can be expanded with additional features and functionality.

Prerequisites

• Java 11
• Maven 3.6.3 or higher
• Git

Setting Up the Project Locally

1. Clone the repository

   git clone https://github.com/career-crew/career-board.git
   cd career-board

2. Build the project

   mvn clean install

3. Run the application

   mvn spring-boot:run

4. Access the application

   Open your browser and go to http://localhost:8080.

Endpoint

• GET /: Returns a Hello World! message.
