Currently, it seems that Caret uses the date as a default file name when saving files. This is a great features and I think it could be improved by adding the ability to customize the default file name.

For example, one may want to add the first heading by default, change the date format, or some custom characters:

Ex: <DATE IN YY/MM/DD> : .md

Thanks. I find myself constantly adding the first heading of my document as a filename.

Looks like Markdown interpreted that in a weird way. That should read:

Ex: [DATE IN YY/MM/DD] : [FIRST HEADING].md
