This became necessary starting with Rust nightly 2024-03-26. But it has never been a good idea to access network in Nix builds.
Newer versions of rust-analyzer are not supported without #362 (Refactor of toml munging) that is not stable yet. Use tag for rust-analyzer in `flake.nix`. Update tag in `README.md`.
