This Virtual Machine (VM) can run Little Computer 3 (LC-3) programs. You can write LC-3 programs and compile that using LC-3 Tools that youn can download here and compile it to run at this VM.
You can download the LC-3 on release section.
You can run the LC-3 by command line using the command lc3 "LC-3 program path" on program folder.
