The implementation of the results presented in the book chapter are described in this notebook.
In the figure below, we show the video quality available for the Internet users over a set of disaster scenarios of increasing number of disrupted links. A significant degradation in quality is imposed even in light disaster scenarios (low number of disrupted links).
