Initial Release

This is the initial release of the BuildAndRun command line utility.
This is a portable app, so installing it is as simple as extracting the zip file and placing the resulting folder wherever makes the most sense for you.
For help on using this tool, read the repositories readme. A copy of the readme is also included in the zip folder for offline reference.
