馃挕 The Idea
It would be good to be api to add the message_thread_id parameter to the api to be able to send messages to a channel of telegram supergroups.

Thank you for your work

This was actually done here, but your ticket reminded me that i did not update the Wiki (:eyes: ). This is now done here.

Give it a try and let me know how it works. Just add ?topic=<yourid> to your existing Telegram Apprise URL

I can confirm ?topic= does work when combined with a body/text message, but sadly it doesn't work when combined with image=Yes,

Details: to be exact the image is sent to the main chat instead of under the topic chat"

URL EXAMPLE - tgram://BOTTOKEN/CHATID/preview=Yes?topic=1: (This seems to trigger two post requests to telegram API)

first: /sendMessage is received under the topic chat "topic=1"
second /sendPhoto is received under the main CHATID instead.

Think of an HTTP URL, the synax is http://host/?key=value&key2=value2.

Apprise is based on this URL layout. Try updating your URL to be tgram://BOTTOKEN/CHATID/?preview=Yes&topic=1

Thank you for the suggestion, tried that as well /?image=Yes&topic=1 same thing keeps happening message gets posted in the topic room and the image arrive in another room.
