But it would be great if you could list appropriate Carpentries workshops in this section. Not all topics have one, but som defintely do. Something along the lines of 'further learning'.

From @lexnederbragt review carpentries-lab/reviews#24 (comment)

So add Carpentries workshop to final episode "What To Do Next".

A few suggestions, based on the list of good practices:

  • Data management:
    • the Data Carpentry spreadsheets and OpenRefine lessons fit well here (from the Ecology and Social Sciences curricula)
    • you could potentially also link to lessons about SQL/databases (the Software Carpentry lesson is pretty mature and stable, even though it is not in the core curriculum), but this might be too much of a leap?
  • Software:
    • the Software Carpentry programming lessons seem a good fit here, in particular the -inflammation lessons that focus more explicitly on modularity of code and documenting functions
    • perhaps also the (community-owned) lessons on Python and R packaging from the Incubator? Again, this might be too much of a leap, but they do cover dependency management and other relevant practices.
  • Collaboration: I have no particular Carpentries lessons to recommend for this episode
  • Project organization:
  • Keeping track of changes:
  • Manuscripts: I have no particular Carpentries lessons to recommend for this episode

Thanks for the list of lessons @tobyhodges.

@ewallace, I've created a pull request (#117) to add the links @tobyhodges suggested.
