Issue for comments on reorganization in Data-Lessons

For practical reasons, as we advance to the final stage of our October curriculum push, some organizational changes are being made directly in our sandbox repository. However, it would be ideal to keep conversations about the curriculum here. This issue is for comments and questions about changes that have been made in the sandbox repository that aren't yet present as a PR here.
